Details

Cold storage is mainly used for short-term or long-term storage of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, eggs, tea, red wine and other foods. Its storage temperature requirements are relatively stable, otherwise it will affect food quality. Cold storage is widely used in food, supermarket, meat, dairy, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, medicine and other industries. The temperature in the cold storage is generally about 0 ~ 15 ℃


Requirements for construction of cold storage

1. Heat insulation and cold insulation. A proper heat insulation layer shall be set to prevent the invasion of external heat, and the external surface of the cold storage shall be painted with white or light color to reduce the solar radiation.

2. Vapor proof and moisture-proof. A layer of vapor barrier or waterproof and damp proof layer shall be set at the side of the thermal insulation layer to avoid water vapor entering the vapor barrier and reduce the thermal insulation performance.

3. Heat insulation layer or anti freezing heating measures shall be set on the ground to prevent the ground soil from freezing and damaging the cold storage structure.

4. The cold and hot areas are divided reasonably to reduce the frequent freeze-thaw cycle of the cold storage and the possibility of damaging the structure of the cold storage.
